**About the Role**:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Male **Disability Support Worker** to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain independence and enhance their quality of life. Your responsibilities include personal care, community engagement, household tasks, and emotional support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments, social outings, or community activities.
- Implement care plans and follow routines tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any concerns to the appropriate team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- A caring and patient nature with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (if required for transport assistance).
- Must be female due to personal care requirements.

Pay: $35.40 - $40 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- On call

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- Full Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)
- NDIS screening check

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: ASAP

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- Bentleigh East VIC 3165 (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
