We are looking for
**an empathetic Disability Support Worker** who can inspire others, build relationships, and make a real difference supporting clients in their own home in the following locations:

- **St Kilda**:

- **South Yarra**:

- **Bentleigh**:

- **Prahran**:

- **Malvern**:

- **Toorak**:

- **Brighton**:

- **Aspendale**:

- **Cheltenham**:

- **Beaumaris**:

- **Moorabbin**:

- **Mulgrave**:

- **Dandenong**

**with our NDIS clients**:

- Personal care, companionship, community access, shopping, and domestic assistance
- Manual handling and assistance with transfers etc
- Helping clients remain independent and happy in their own homes
- Making it possible for clients to maintain relationships with loved ones
- Taking the time to listen, care and provide emotional support

**Multiple shifts are available Monday to Sunday varying from 1 hour through to 24/7 care, including AM, PM, overnight care, and public holidays.**

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain
- Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing or relevant experience
