**About our client**

We have partnered with an exciting client located in the Nothern Suburbs of Brisbane seeking two experienced contact centre team leaders. This is a Countrywide organisation offering job security and an opportunity to grow and develop within.

**To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability in the following key criteria**:

- High level of Attention to detail
- A proactive working ethic
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a contact centre team leader
- Experience with achieving and managing individual KPI's
- Passionate to deliver a first class customer experience
- Commitment to coach and mentor team members

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and delegate day-to-day activities for the team,
- Coach and mentor other team members to achieve KPI's
- Motivate and maintain the fun environment that's been set
- Handle escalated calls with a positive output
- Ensure all the team are up to date with the latest information
