With in-house teams covering all environmental, heritage, planning, and spatial disciplines as well as other technical/engineering teams, our people have plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth.

As part of a growing and agile business, our Planning and Environmental Approvals team is looking for a **Principal EIA Practitioner** with excellent impact assessment and project management skills. You will work collaboratively with a range of technical specialists on a broad range of projects, lead and coordinate EIAs and related deliverables, work closely with clients, develop new areas of business and mentor others in the team.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- An excellent understanding of EIA processes (including screening and scoping), environmental assessment methods and applicable legislation
- Confidence when engaging with peers, clients, regulators and public stakeholder groups
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of an established team, coordinating inputs from specialist technical teams
- Excellent verbal and report writing skills, including technical reviewing with an eye for detail
- Project management skills, including programming, staff resource management and budget management
- A degree in a relevant environmental discipline and an appropriate professional membership
