**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3 month contract paying up to $300/day + Super. This role is located in Parramatta / WFH

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Customer Service Officer with a leading NSW Government agency to provide advice and solutions in accordance

with agency policies and procedures, to enhance client engagement and commitment

Key accountabilities include:

- Demonstrating a high level of commitment to customer service and client satisfaction, provide efficient and accurate interpreting and translation services to customers.
- Discuss customer requirements to determine the best approach within policy and procedures, escalating more complex or contentious issues, or those outside delegations to the Senior Customer Service Officer.
- Develop sound working relationships with customers and collate information and provide a wide range of support services to support the effective provision of translation and interpreter services.
- Ensure high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, participating actively in team meetings and projects, and provide advice on the effective delivery of services.
- Prepare reports as required and provide effective administrative support to ensure work is completed within timelines.
- Respond to incoming telephone calls and provide information and guidance to convey a positive image to community representatives and other contacts

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of quality customer services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a complex and fast paced booking environment
- Previous experience in health and disability admin, bookings, payments etc preferred
