We are working with an iconic Australian brand to find a Lead Experience / Services Designer to join their team focusing on the customer experience.

LOCATION: Sydney | Warrane
- 3 days onsite

RATE: Heavily dependant upon experience, range $900pd - $1100 + Super

This role provides a great opportunity to work on consumer-facing products & and services that will be seen by some of the highest user groups in Australia (& and beyond).

Initial 6-month contract (View to extend to 12 )
- 7+ years experience in UX design/service design space
- Comfortable leading defining personas, user journeys, wire-framing, information architecture, user testing and reporting
- Manage the design and delivery of service design artefacts and communication of current and future state journey maps, service blueprints and personas ensuring a holistic approach to end-to-end service design
- Experience designing for accessibility (to WCAG standards)
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Gold Coast region
- Available to travel interstate from time to time
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment, solve problems and meet deadlines
- Organised, focused and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
