**What this opportunity involves**:
**An Overview of the role**:
Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and minimizing escalations.
Support the delivery of internal general services across different disciplines, including property, facilities, event management, and emergency preparedness.
Adhere to client workplace guidelines to create a welcoming, safe, and productive environment.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and respond to feedback.
Coordinate and deliver day-to-day operations and management of office premises.
Maintain meeting room floors in a pristine and clutter-free manner and ensure rooms are set up ready for each booking.
Utilize stakeholder relationships to identify opportunities for service expansion and promptly communicate them to the line manager for consideration.
Collaborate with suppliers for catering, AV, and other services to streamline the offering.
Continuously identify and implement improvement initiatives and provide client reporting.
**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and their expectations.
Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and coordinate others.
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or high-end corporate concierge services.
Prior experience in managing meeting room services is advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting.
Professional and friendly corporate image with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
