BEST Aquatics in Rooty Hill is looking for an experienced Swim School Manager. This is a part-time position, with an option for full-time work. BEST Aquatics is located in the beautiful, new Blacktown Exercise Sports and Technology hub and is a growing, learn-to-swim school. It has a lovely team of experienced swim instructors and is a family-orientated and fun environment.

We are looking for a person who is available for an immediate start, however, the start date can be negotiated. The salary on offer is based off of Level 4 of the Fitness Award, however salary is negotiable depending on the applicant. The full package is available upon interview.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in leading a team
- Able to manage admin team, pool deck & instructors
- Able to liaise with company Directors to achieve company goals
- Passion for education, children and community
- Applicants must already live and work in Australia.

- Have experience with managing timesheets?
- Have experience with general Pool operations?
- Have experience with program management and delivery?

**Essential Requirements**:

- Qualified Swim Teacher
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check (less than a year old)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
