Mille Vini is now looking for an experienced section waiter to join our tight knit team
Surry Hills most iconic Italian wine, cocktail and dining venue, Mille Vini has reopened its doors on Crown Street, Surry Hills after an extensive interior facelift and new menu and drinks offering.
Mille Vini’s new menu has a strong emphasis on classic recipes from all Italian regions, with handcrafted pasta. Some of our signature dishes include poached octopus salad, battered zucchini flower, truffle pecorino with blossom honey and a selection of freshly made crostini stracciatella.
Now we are growing fast, we are looking for one more chef to join us
**The role**
We are looking for a section waiter, with plenty of hours available. You will work along side a tight-nit team of 10 people at Mille Vini

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
**Salary**: $30.00 - $39.00 per hour
