- onduct pool opening procedures, including removing pool covers, cleaning the pool and surrounds P
- lace lane ropes in pool and prepare all safety equipment T
- est the pool water and record the daily results in SMM C
- onduct lifeguard activates throughout the opening hours of the pool U
- ndertake the rescue of any user as required in accordance with standard work instructions covered by the certification E
- nsure all pool safety equipment and rescue equipment is available at all times C
- onduct pool closing procedures Manage access to swimming pools by entitled members only

- urrent Pool Lifeguard Certificate C
- urrent Resuscitation Certificate C
- urrent Senior First Aid Certificate G
- enuine passion for excellent customer service S
- uitability for Defence security clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory) C
- ertificate III in Fitness (preferred) Minimum 1 year experience in a life guard role
