**NDIS Male and Female Disability Support Worker** **Subcontractor, Casual, ABN** Bexley, Penshurst, Riverwood

**About Us**

Empower Your Abilities provides optimal support to people with disabilities and mental health conditions. We strive to enhance the skills of our participants for independence and goal achievement. Our services include in-home care, daily living skills and community engagement. **You will be required to travel and have car for this role.**

**About you**

Our team deliver the best standards of care to clients in the home and in the community. We take pride in having the opportunity to enhance the clients lives for positive impact and growth. We are looking for bubbly, outgoing people with a strong personality who are interested in a long-term career serving people with disabilities. You will be paid from the start to end of each shift, including your travel time and km's between clients.

We have the following shifts available
- Weekday - Day
- Weekend -Day

**Duties include**
- Personal Care
- Social and community support
- Domestic Assistance
- Shopping, cooking
- Meal prep
- Transporting participants to appointments
- Attend the participant's therapy session
- House Cleaning

**Essential Criteria**
- Cert 111 in disability or equivalent to community services
- Previous experience
- Driver's license and must have personal car (Med - SUV car)
- NDIS Worker Check
- Police Check
- Working with Children's check
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Available weekdays and weekend
- Proof of residence **(Visa - No Student Visas)**:

- Able to work around pets
- **Must live in St George Area**

**The interview will occur face-to-face on Monday**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
