As the National Frame & Truss Operations Manager for Bunnings this is a chance to shape the future of manufacturing at one of Australia’s most trusted brands. As we expand our Frame & Truss network, we’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive operational excellence across multiple sites nationwide. This role will require travel to our sites in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.

You’ll lead the national operations of our Frame & Truss manufacturing facilities, with a focus on:

- **Driving performance**across multiple sites—lifting quality, safety, and efficiency.

- **Shaping strategy**—developing and executing plans that align with our long-term growth.
- **Improving systems and processes**—finding better ways to deliver value to our customers and team.
- **Collaborating cross-functionally**—working closely with sales, finance, and project teams to deliver seamless service.

**What you’ll need**
- Proven experience leading manufacturing operations across multiple sites.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, cost control, and quality systems.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A qualification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
