**Overview**

As a Claims Assistant, you will provide efficient administrative support to our Claims teams who work closely with injured workers to assist in the processing of their Workers Compensation claim during a challenging time after a workplace accident or injury. This is a unique opportunity to start your career within Workers' compensation with a view to progress into a case management position.

**How you'll make an impact**
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Utilising systems and programs for records keeping, file notes and contacts
- Ensuring all customers receive the support and guidance they require for injured workers to recover and make a safe and sustainable return to work through the effective support to the claims and premium operations

**About you**
**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience working in Administration highly regarded
- A passion to service customers
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional communications skills
- PC literacy and Microsoft Office experience
