**About The Opportunity**
As the Accounts Payable Officer, based at our office in the Perth CBD, you will coordinate the purchasing cycle for Micromine whilst also playing a key support role for the Corporate Finance team.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

- Raising and distributing finance-approved purchase orders for payment.
- Reconciling multiple corporate and individual credit card purchases / statements and processing payments.
- Processing and payment of employee expense claims and cash advances.
- Distributing petty cash and maintaining and reconciling the petty cash register.
- Administering and reconciling the company’s Cabcharge and Uber accounts.
- Reconciling supplier creditor statements and resolving discrepancies.

**About You**
You will have previous experience in similar accounts payable positions with multinational companies.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Hand-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite, including Excel to an intermediate level.
- Whilst not essential, experience with multi-currency and overseas transactions would be useful.
