- Fixed term, full time role until 30 June 2026 primarily based at Heidelberg Magistrates Court
- Salary band of $89,292 - $96,073 plus superannuation

**About the role**:

- Key responsibilities include:

- Provide timely, high quality, evidence-based advice to stakeholders
- Undertake an effective assessment of an individual's risk to community safety
- Effectively manage individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours
- Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines
- The position is based at Heidelberg Magistrates Court, with some days in the office at Reservoir Justice Service Centre on a rotating basis. This is determined on the business need of CCS operations and Court.

**About you**:

- Experience or knowledge of court processes and prosecutions
- Demonstrated ability to provide human services in needs assessments and development of interventions
- Pays attention to words, expression and body language; Recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion
- Resolves issues through deep understanding or interpretation of existing guidelines
