**About the Role**
- Junior Finance Assistant, you will work closely with the Home Care Finance Team, as well as support the Business Managers and Customer Relationship Managers in the IRT Home Care Team.
This will involve ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial and operational information is available and supporting team members with procurement tasks. Duties of the role include:
Assist the Finance Team Leader - Home Care to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all transactions in Procura and to / from all IRT system
- s Working with IRT Home Care management to maintain and optimise Procura, financial systems, processes, procedures, documentation and interfaces to all IRT systems / shared services and departments for the Division
. Assist to proactively provide accurate and up-to-date financial and operational information to customers and employees at all times using inputs, outputs, forms and reports from Procura
. Assist in procurement of CDC (Customer Directed Choice) expenditure on behalf of HCP customers, using Purchase Order Control wherever possible
. Support all sites with accurate and timely rostering and timekeepin

This role will play a significant part in the communications and transactions of the systems between Shared Services, customers and employees, including Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs).

**Junior Finance Assistant - Full time role - 6 month Contract - This contract will end on the 30th of June. Slight possibility of an extension but nothing guaranteed.**

**This is role is based in the IRT Head office in Wollongong**.
This is a fantastic opportunity to commence a career in Customer service and Finance, supported by a professional team in Home Care.

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- Extensive experience using Procura or a similar system ERP syste
- m Ability to train staff in the use of Procur
- t Proven verbal and written communication skills including experience in writing reports and correspondenc
- e Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team and to be self-motivate
- d Ability to work independently and remotel
- y 2 years’ experience in the Care industr
