Studio Manager

After experiencing rapid growth in only a few short years, SpeedFit is hunting for a superstar Studio Performance Manager /Head Coach to look after our corporate location. If successful, you will drive studio profitability, focusing mainly on exceptional customer experience, revenue and the cost of wages. This role will recruit and lead a team of Studio Instructors. This role will also overlook rostering and provide ongoing support and training to our Perth-based team.

Our Managers own the success of their business and are responsible for local area marketing, sales and retention. They also champion team development, studio culture, and high member satisfaction while maintaining a high-end facility. They work hands-on with their team, who they lead and inspire to be the ultimate healthy lifestyle support for our current and future members on their journey to their fitter & healthier versions.

Duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Interviewing and hiring new Instructors
- Overall responsibility for SpeedFit sales target within allocated territory
- Weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting on various KPI’s
- Training & developing staff
- New business development

The person in this role reports directly to the GM of Operations.

What we need from you:

- Experience in a similar management position
- Certificate III or above in fitness (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Have a passion for health and wellness
- Know how to get the best out of people
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment

Who are we?

SpeedFit currently has 30 successful company-owned & franchised studios. Operates across five states, up to 16 hours a day, six days a week and seeks to provide all members with a positive, memorable experience.

SpeedFit combines personal training with EMS technology for an exceptionally effective workout in just 20 minutes per week. Our EMS training is effective, fun and low-impact, with our workouts being adaptable enough to cater to various clients and their needs.

We are a rapidly growing team of 100+ fitness and business professionals with backgrounds from various areas, including Exercise Sports Scientists, Exercise Physiologists, Nutritionists, Yoga and Pilates Instructors, Strength Coaches and Personal Trainers. We have 30 studios based in NSW, WA, ACT, VIC and SA.

After a successful interview, you need to went through two weeks of full-time training with our head coach.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $79,999.00 per year
