The role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our Technology team in Sydney. This is a full-time role on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract.

This role requires flexibility with your working hours on a rotational roster and some weekends as required.

Key responsibilities

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have 1 to 2 years' experience in Level 1 IT support providing outstanding customer service delivery to internal customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing efficient and friendly service are critical for success in this role.

The following skills and experience are required:
- The ability to identify when issues require escalation to level 2 and 3 support- Experience with Windows 7/10, Outlook 2010/2016, and desktop virtualisation familiarity- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g. Worksite and printing support)- Experience supporting Remote Access, A/V, Tablet and iPhone queries- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with strong phone etiquette- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and working to SLAs- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple competing tasks- Previous experience in a professional services environment would be highly regarded
