**The role**:
As the Community Services Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing a newly restructured team to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across our community services programs, ensuring services meet NDIA and organisational standards. Driving continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing risk management, resource allocation and service performance, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of leadership, innovation and best practice.

This role will be required to emphasise a strong focus on leadership to guide and empower a new team to work collaboratively. This involves achieving success through effective communication, feedback, and development.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of effectively guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance
- Ability to motivate and confidently navigate difficult conversations, focused on constructive feedback and facing challenges in a respectful and solution-focused manner
- Experience in leading disability, community or social services programs that align with organisational goals and legislative requirements
- Strong knowledge of NDIA regulations and person-centred approach
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement sustainable processes, focused on long-term success
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight within a service environment
- A commitment to fostering inclusive and empowering supports
- At least four years’ experience managing and leading teams within the community services sector

- NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
