As a Retail Search Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in their growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Digital Shelf Strategy**: Develop and execute a robust strategy for optimizing presence across various online platforms. Drive visibility, discoverability, and conversion on the digital shelf.
- **Brand Experience**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand representation online. Ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- **Customer Conversions**: Leverage data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey. Optimize product listings, search rankings, and content to drive conversions.
- **Stakeholder Reporting**: Regularly analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail search or digital shelf management role, within FMCG or CPG.
- **Digital Acumen**: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- **Collaborative Spirit**: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
