This role will establish consistent design processes and guidelines that enhance efficiency and quality, and ensures that design processes align with business objectives, foster effective collaboration across teams, and support continuous improvement and innovation in design across icare.

**Duties**

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; in this role you will:

- Design and establish design systems and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Provide insights and advice on any changes or actions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the design team.
- Lead process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement in design-related processes, services and activities and collaborate with team to integrate process improvements into broader team strategies.
- Provide expert advice on all aspects of design and present creative concepts to internal stakeholders, as required.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experienced in working with content management systems, HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript programs, creating web forms and/or automating customer design processes/forms - may have a background in UX or CX design.
- Able to systematically enhance processes, practices and outcomes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
- Demonstrated background in developing practical tools to support business projects and change initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively, effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
