We’re all about passion, energy and teamwork to serve uplifting moments to our consumers and truly be at the heart of good times. **Your day in the life of a Lion Lead Designer** Based in our outstanding York Street Sydney office you will report into the Head Design and be the lead designer and mentor the design team on innovative ideas to have our iconic portfolio of products stand out. The Lead Designer drives creative excellence and visual storytelling by leading Lion Design high-performing design team and shaping brand expression across all consumer touchpoints. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on design direction, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful design outcomes - Lead and elevate the visual execution of all creative assets across digital, print, social, and experiential - Translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into compelling design concepts that drive engagement and differentiation. - Provide hands-on design direction and mentorship to a team of designers and artworkers, ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables. - Foster a culture of creative excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the design team. - Review and approve key design outputs, providing feedback and driving iterative improvement while protecting design integrity. **To be successful you will bring** - Established designer with deep understanding of brand identity systems within agency or in-house team creative team - Previous experience of designing high impact creative work across brand campaigns and product launchers - Experience coaching and mentoring design teams to foster innovative collaboration. - Expertise in Adobe creative suite and design prototyping tools (e.g. Creative Cloud, Figma etc) Join us in building the next chapter of a proud Lion legacy by embracing a challenger mindset - being curious, courageous, and acting with conviction.
