**Salary**:$160,000 - $170,000 + bonus

**Commencement date**: TBC

**About the role**

**The role of the General Manager is required owing to a maternity leave that has arisen. This is a full-time position and not due to expire once the maternity ends. The General Manager will work across three two core brands under the Jaaims Technologies Group.**

We are seeking someone who has Financial Services experience with high nett worth clients in Australia because of the nature of the conversations you will have with our clients.

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage a team across sales, marketing and general operations
- Support our Business Development Mangers by attending external meetings
- Identify possibilities for new acquisitions where required including third party
- Nurture team to ensure ongoing retention of customers
- Work closely with our industry partners to ensure a seamless experience for our clients

**About You**
- At least five (5) years’ experience minimum in a similar role
- **Experience in the financial services sector essential**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage a diverse team
- High-level computer literacy and technical skills
- Experience in project management will be highly desirable
