**About the role**
We are in search of experienced Talent Design Specialist who is passionate about contemporary talent design practices. In this role, you will manage innovative and impactful projects, including those related to the employee value proposition, talent pipelines, strategic sourcing solutions, and employee experience initiatives.
Our collaborative approach means partnering with various stakeholders across the organization. We scope out solutions, implement pilots, and seamlessly embed these learnings into the fabric of TAFE NSW. We’re passionate about how our work directly contributes to enhancing the organisation.

In this role, you will leverage your strategic thinking skills to analyse talent needs, forecast future requirements, and develop creative strategies to attract, retain, and nurture top talent. Your experience in Talent Management will be crucial in driving our talent pipeline from recruitment to development, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles. You will bring resilience, adaptability, creativity, and a persistent commitment to exploring new ideas.
