Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and values-driven individual to support our Business Support and People and Culture Branch. The successful candidate will undertake a range of accounts, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and WH&S responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake accounts, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and WH&S responsibilities
  • Support both the Business Support and People and Culture Branch
  • Use accounting software and HR systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to work under direction from the Manager Business Support/People and Culture
  • Sound understanding of payroll and accounts payable
  • Sound understanding of awards and Fair Work conditions
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people
