**About the role**:
Accountable to the General Manager and Sales Manager.

Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

- Attend Morning meetings and any further training sessions provided by Management
- Have a full understanding of the Companies CRM system and follow the client journey and relevant paperwork given to Admin accordingly.
- Ensure Admin is kept informed with any client information
- Maintain reschedules, follow ups accordingly and ensure clients’ completion.
- Ensure the client’s journey is fully explained and set up for their next steps and assist the Client Liaison Officer (CLO) with any clients which may come stuck throughout their journey.
- Setting up appointments using warm leads provided for presentation booking
- Appointment confirmations
- Diligent and on time for appointments/presentations with clients
- Adhere to and follow all Policies and Procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure manuals or memorandums.
- Follow Company approved scripts and presentations
- Complete all paperwork

**About you**
- Phone call productivity - 240 minutes minimum per day
- Booking presentations for yourself - 20 booked per week (4 x per day minimum)
- Presentations completed - 9 x seen per week (minimum)
- Document Signings / completed Fact Finds
- 5 x per week with a minimum total value of $1,00,000.00
- Maximum of 30% drop off after a completed Fact Find
