**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Origin's strategy is to lead the transition to net zero through clean energy and customer solutions. Origin Future Fuels A key role in the Future Fuels team, reporting to the Head of Domestic Renewable Fuels, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and execution of Origin's biofuels growth strategy. This will be achieved by finding & developing bioenergy opportunities and through coordinating collaboration across Origin business units: Zero, ES&O, Integrated Gas and Future Energy.

**More about the role**:

- Continue development of a strategy for establishing Origin's position in biofuels with a focus on biogas
- Lead the development of biofuels opportunities across the value chain
- Develop biofuels investment business cases
- Collaborate with Origin Zero team to design and pilot biofuels products for customers
- Engage with the biofuels Industry bodies, and government & regulatory agencies on initiatives that support the development of a viable bioenergy Industry e.g. certification of bioenergy products
- Advocate for biofuels with customers and industry and train customer facing Origin teams to educate customers about Origin biofuels solutions

**About you**:
You are commercially and strategically minded you think creatively and have the ability to take an idea and make it tangible. You’ll have a high capacity to collaborate and bring people along for the journey, and have experience dealing with senior stakeholders.

You have or can demonstrate:

- Led the development and execution of growth strategies or new business models
- Held roles within any of the following Industries: Energy, Industrials, Clean Technology
- Exceptional relationship builder
- Experience managing cross functional and virtual teams

It would be advantageous if you also had:

- Ability to develop robust business cases and articulate them to investment
- Corporate transaction experience
- Energy product development experience
