Windows Server Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Design, install, configure, and maintain Windows servers
- Ensure the security and availability of server systems through monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades
- Manage user accounts and permissions and resolve user support requests in a timely manner
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of server configurations and processes
- Respond to system alerts and troubleshoot problems as needed
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new solutions and technologies
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in Windows server administration
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Windows server administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
- Familiarity with active directory, group policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware
- Experience with automation and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
