Position Overview

This full-time position requires a motivated and experienced retail professional capable of managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and overseeing the financial and operational performance of the store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organise, and control the daily operations of the retail outlet
- Lead, supervise, and train staff to deliver efficient service and achieve sales targets
- Manage rostering, payroll records, and staff performance appraisals
- Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and company standards
- Monitor revenue and expenses and prepare reports for management
- Manage purchasing, inventory control, and supplier relations
- Conduct store merchandising, visual presentation, and promotional activities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Implement company policies and improve operational processes
- Develop local marketing strategies and seasonal promotions

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Minimum qualification: Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in a retail management role
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and team development

Conditions and Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 per annum plus superannuation
- 38 hours per week
