**How you'll contribute**

**Here's what we need**:
- Lead Design Strategy and Execution: Own the end-to-end design process, from concept to detailed implementation, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across our robotics and data analytics platforms.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centred, intuitive designs that simplify complex interactions, while managing priorities across teams
- Drive User-Centric Research: Conduct user research and workshops to gather insights on customer needs, pain points, and behaviours, and incorporate these findings into data-driven design decisions.
- Mentor and Inspire the Design Team: Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality craftsmanship within the team.
- Advocate for UX and Shape Product Strategy: Champion the importance of UX across the organization, influencing stakeholders and driving the UX agenda to support product goals and improve overall user experience.

**How you'll succeed**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with 5+ years in UX/product design, particularly for complex or enterprise-level software. A strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work is required
- Skilled in Figma and able to mentor junior team members and business stakeholders. Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) is a plus.
- Proven ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for solving real-world problems.
- Experienced in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems that support diverse customer use cases. Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead discussions, synthesise feedback, and drive design outcomes across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to use both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design decisions and measure success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
