We are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic Full-time/(Part-Time Negotiable) Sales Manager to join the team at Bakers Delight Melton.

Bakers Delight has a well-established dynamic team and we are looking for an energetic and passionate Sales Manager to take our bakery to the next level.

As a Sales Manager you will receive full training and development, great opportunities for career progression, and the opportunity to be challenged in a supportive environment.

**As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Providing and driving delightful customer service and sales
- Motivating and leading staff to meet sales and promotional targets
- Achieving a high standard of bakery presentation and cleanliness
- Preparation of the roster and management of wages
- Ensuring the bakery meets WH&S and Food Safety standards and requirements
- Training and development of your bakery team
- Implement systems, procedures and staff training into the bakery

**We are seeking a talented individual with drive and ambition who possess the following**:

- Strong merchandising, retail and customer service focus
- Ability to work across a 7 day trading roster which will include late nights and weekends
- Proven experience in Hospitality or Retail Management
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
