About the Role

We are looking for motivated and energetic Retail Sales team members with exceptional customer service skills to work at our kiosk located in Melton (Woodgrove Shopping Centre) and Werribee Plaza Shopping Centre.

Your daily duties include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving sales KPI's in a fast-paced environment
  • Continuously engaging customers passing by the kiosk and handing out perfume samples
  • Driving brand awareness and sales growth with continuous sample handouts
  • Assisting customers to sample products as part of their 'scent journey'
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, every time

  • Exceed personal sales targets while working within a team

  • Prepare and manage product stock counts and orders

About You

As an integral part of the business you'll bring your strong work ethic along with:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Energetic and self-motivated individual
  • Confident to approach customers and build rapport quickly
  • Passion for fragrances and scents
  • Well presented, with a good understanding of fashion trends and styling
  • Minimum 2-3 years sales and team leader experience preferred but not compulsory
