Shaver Shop currently supports its 125 corporate owned stores located across Australia and New Zealand via a Support Office team of around 50 people.
- **About You**_
- Qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience coordinating end-to-end campaigns, from initial conception and briefing to execution and performance reporting.
- Strong experience in managing marketing calendars and coordinating marketing activity.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- A passion for innovation, with a creative mindset and an eye for detail.
- **About the Role**_
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the calendar of activity to market across multiple marketing channels including online, eDM, social and catalogue. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining the calendar of due dates across all channels required to get activity to market working with the Marketing and Buying teams to communicate upcoming due dates and escalating any at risk tasks.
- Work closely with the Assistant Brand Manager and the Buying team to traffick assets, drafts, and revisions to the catalogue.
- Coordinate the briefing, trafficking, and dispatching of creative assets as required ensuring that any creative is to brand standards and meets all guidelines and legal requirements.
- Coordinate the delivery of the eDM calendar by working with the Buying team on product nominations, briefs to the agency for creative and building of eDMs within the relevant Marketing platform.
- Assist with the briefing and creation of content for publication across the Shaver Shop channels to market ensuring that any content is to brand standards and meets all guidelines and legal requirements.
- Support the Content Coordinator as required with any updates to website content ensuring processes are followed as required.
- Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly and project performance reports and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
