**Position Summary**:

- Perform installation, maintenance, and preventive maintenance on electrical, HVAC&R, and plumbing systems
- Calibrate, inspect, and operate controls, gauges, meters, valves, fire sprinkler, and alarm systems
- Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves and other safety equipment
- Maintain and stock parts, tools, and supplies; manage inventory and purchase order logs
- Use computers to enter, track, and retrieve work-related data
- Operate power lifts and other mechanical equipment safely
- Conduct life safety checks, including fire pump and generator run tests
- Respond to repair requests promptly, ensuring effective resolution
- Assist in developing disaster response protocols and facility safety plans
- Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating maintenance staff
- Prior facility management experience is preferred

**About You**:

- Required technical qualifications in Electrical, HVAC&R, and Plumbing
- Experience as a technician, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of building maintenance practices, including routine inspections, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and building management or maintenance software
- Strong communication skills and a respectful attitude to foster a positive, collaborative team environment
- Passionate about the industry and committed to providing excellent service
- Strong team player with leadership abilities and creative problem-solving skills
- Problem-solving skills to identify maintenance issues and coordinate timely solutions
- Capability to manage workload and deadlines effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Maintenance experience and hands-on technical skills
