We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Female** Disability Support Workers to join our team. (**clients are based around Emerald and Cranbourne area**). Please include following details in your resume

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in participating in community activities and social events.
- Implement individualized care plans and monitor clients' progress.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Casual, Graduate

Pay: $27.20 - $40.00 per hour
