In accordance with the Company Vision, Mission, Values and Management Disciplines perform all aspects of construction supervisory projects in accordance with Company & industry standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management systems are implemented and adhered to;
- Develop, implement and monitor progress of construction plans in respect of time, cost and quality
- Monitor construction work for compliance with engineering design specifications, client standards and statutory regulations;
- Review and appraise contractors/subcontractors plans and schedules
- Identify contract variations, in particular, negotiate minor variations or additional work within overall scope of projects
- Participation in tender preparation and review
- Reporting on all facets of project performance as directed and required
- Develop individual and team competence
- Supervise an electrical team to carry out installation works as per design & specifications
- Provide reports and diaries to the Construction Manager
- Maintains and fosters relationships with current and potential stakeholders, in particular, clients, service providers, contractors, subcontractors and employees;
- Works closely with engineers and other project staff to establish design criteria ensuring project goals are met.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential
- Substantial experience working as a supervisor in the railway industry
- Competent user of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Trade qualified
- Driving License
- Practical & organization skills.
- Construction White / Blue Card
- Rail Industry workers card
