Job Title: Disability Youth Worker (ABN Only)

Location: Armstrong Creek, Victoria, Australia

Duration: Ongoing

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and care to a 22-year-old male client with disabilities.
- Assist the client in daily activities, meal preparation, and transportation.
- Collaborate with other team members to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, progress, and incidents.
- Write comprehensive reports on client behavior, progress, and any incidents.
- Offer therapeutic support to the client, promoting their well-being and independence.
- Ensure compliance with all NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) mandatory worker requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 9 months of relevant experience working with youth.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Familiarity with therapeutic approaches and techniques (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. and active
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Australian Driver's Licence
- NDIS certificates
- At least Certificate III in relevant field
- Other needed documents

Working Hours:
Available for at least 20 hours per week on a variety of shifts.

Pay: $41.76 - $72.47 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24per week

Supplemental pay types: Penalty rates
