Construction Cleaner

**Construction Cleaner (Australian Citizens Only)**

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Cleaner, an Australian citizen, to join our team. As a Construction Cleaner, you will be crucial in maintaining cleanliness at construction sites. You will ensure that construction areas are clean, safe, and free from debris or hazards.

**Responsibilities**:
**Site Cleaning**:Perform general cleaning duties at construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, walls, and other surfaces.

**Waste Management**:Collect and dispose of construction waste, debris, and hazardous materials by established guidelines and regulations.

**Sanitation**: Clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and other designated spaces to maintain a hygienic environment. ( site cleaning )

**Equipment Maintenance**:Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.

**Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries while working on construction sites.

**Reporting**: Promptly report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the construction crew and other team members to coordinate cleaning activities and communicate effectively.

**Time Management**: Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes to meet project deadlines.

**Adherence to Regulations**: Ensure compliance with relevant workplace health and safety regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Australian Citizenship**: To qualify for this position, you must be an Australian citizen.
- **White Card**:

- **Previous Experience**:Proven experience as a commercial, industrial or residential construction cleaner.
- **Physical Stamina**:Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- **Time Management Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- **Safety Consciousness**: Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to always following them.
- **Flexibility**:Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends if required.
- **Reliable Transportation**: Possessing a valid driver's license and car is ideal for reliable transportation to commute to different construction sites.

**Salary**: $21.02 - $35.00 per hour
