- Verifying guest eligibility, offering complimentary gifts, answering property-related questions, and ensuring timely, professional communication.

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by actively listening, responding to questions, and resolving service needs with speed and professionalism. Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members to ensure every interaction shines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous related work experience preferred

- Engage with the public using strong communication and customer service skills

- Adapt to diverse cultural contexts based on location
