Hospitality Allrounder

**The Venue**:
Located on the stunning Gold Coast waterfront, Surfers Pavilion is one of the Coast’s most popular venues — known for its vibrant atmosphere, fresh seafood, waterfront dining, and premium cocktail service. Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night bar service, we’re looking for hospitality allrounders to join our dynamic team as we head into a busy season

**The Role**:
We’re seeking versatile allrounders who can confidently work across:

- Bartending, including cocktail preparation
- Barista coffee service
- Food and beverage floor support

You'll be a key part of keeping service running smoothly across multiple sections of the venue.

**About You**:

- Confident cocktail-making and bartending skills are highly desirable
- Barista experience is preferred, but training will be provided
- Willing and able to jump between bar, coffee, and floor service as needed
- Energetic, reliable, and team-focused
- Available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Seeking long-term growth and development within the hospitality industry
- RSA certification is required.
