Advance Support Co. Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider, and we are excited to offer an opportunity for experienced and qualified Disability Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in **Croydon, Victoria**.

You will be part of a great team supporting three wonderful participants in their brand-new, purpose-built, modified home. We are looking for **caring, reliable, and experienced support workers** who are passionate about making a difference.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing personal care, assistance with transfers, and mobility support.
- Supporting participants with meal preparation and mealtime assistance.
- Facilitating community access, social outings, and in-home activities.
- Assisting with all aspects of daily living to promote independence, comfort, and quality of life.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum **Certificate III** in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related field.
- Current mandatory checks (NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, First Aid/CPR).
- Experience supporting people with **neurological disabilities** is highly regarded.
- Applicants with **nursing qualifications or clinical experience** will be considered favourably.
- A compassionate, professional, and team-focused approach.
