**About the role...**

The **Sales Coordinator** is a key support role to the Exhibition Sales team for the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Reporting to the Exhibition Sales Manager, this role is to provide exceptional administrative support, sales and project delivery. You will also be responsible for the account management of some existing commercial exhibitors and prospecting for new exhibitors. You will be involved in updating customer proposals, presentations and other administrative sales tasks.

You will be a highly skilled administrator that thinks a step ahead and proactively determines the teams requirements. You will pride yourself on providing outstanding customer service, have a keen eye for detail and be enthusiastic about sales.

In addition to this, you will also have:

- Exceptional organisational skills
- A proactive approach to your work
- Strong relationship management skills
- Outstanding customer service
- Confidence in contacting and communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Sales experience preferred
- A "Will Do“ attitude and demonstrate initiative
- Ability to work well in a team and to manage projects autonomously
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, PowerPoint & Excel

We manage the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney Royal competitions, the RAS Foundation, Australasian Animal Registry, and the Sydney Showground. The RAS has a team of over 130 full-time staff and an indispensable pool of casual staff who work on the Easter Show, and other Sydney Showground events.
