As leaders in early and middle childhood education we have a long and established history in the sector providing diverse education and care, family support and professional development services across NSW and ACT.

**About the role**:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be agile and support the marketing team and help achieve key outcomes for our organisation. You will be supporting the team across a variety of initiatives and activities and coordinate the execution of marketing activities across platforms and touch points. Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting marketing managers on day-to-day management of social media accounts, website updates, and EDM’s.
- Assisting in content briefs, creation, and execution of our content plan across multiple platforms
- The delivery and coordination of external events for various stakeholders
- Careful and considered rollout of the Gowrie NSW brand internally (includes templates and other assets and collateral - working with internal teams where relevant) and externally (includes website and digital platforms)
- Coordinating photography and video shoots at our centres and programs
- Briefing and creating branded items for events and staff merchandise
- Assist in ongoing management of the Gowrie NSW website (content updates) and maintain a strong working relationship with our web developers to facilitate website updates, upgrades and overall site improvements when required
- Supporting the marketing team on all branding and marketing related initiatives and campaigns
- Get involved in our marketing ideation We want you to bring your ideas and creativity to the table to make your ideas happen
- Other general team and admin duties as needed.

**About You**:
We are looking for a committed and tenacious experienced recruiter who is aligned to our organisational purpose. You will have:

- 2+ years experience in a digital and/or marketing role implementing digital marketing campaigns such as social
- Excellent attention to detail, great project management skills, and proactive and flexible mind-set.
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated, ability to learn quickly and work autonomously. While we are a well connected team that has regular check-ins, the expectation is that you are someone who is reliable and proactive, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to problem solve - you’ll view them as opportunities and solve independently and know when to ask for support
- Collaborative, team player open to difference perspectives and ways of working
- Abiility to understand multiple stakeholder requirements and prioritise as necessary
- Media monitoring, competitor analysis
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office & Adobe Programs, InDesign (desirable) and Canva
- Entry level on-page and technical SEO knowledge (desirable)
