**Position Information**:
Bradfordville Public School has an enrolment of 335 students and is located in an outer suburb of Goulburn. The school enrolment area has an increasing population with with a number of housing developments established in the local catchment area. Currently the school has 13 mainstream classes with 12% of students identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and 4% of students coming from a Language Background other than English. Students come from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds. The schools Family Occupation and Education (FOE) index of 130 reflects the diverse makeup of the community but also indicates that a percentage of families meet criteria for disadvantage. The school has a strong culture of excellence in the performing arts and sporting pursuits and takes great pride in its holistic focus to ensure that all students have every opportunity to succeed.

Bradfordville Public School has identified three areas of focus that form the Strategic Directions for the school; these include: Student Attainment and Growth; Staff Learning and Development and Connect, Succeed and Thrive. **Selection Criteria**:
In addition to the general selection criteria,

1. Approval to teach special education and/or experience and expertise to improve learning outcomes for students K-6 with additional learning and support needs, autism, intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviours using knowledge and understanding of relevant disability legislation and Department of Education policies.

2. Proven ability to lead evidence-based and evaluative practices to implement high quality differentiated curriculum including the development and implementation of student personalised learning plans, behaviour support plans and transition plans, that impact positively on student engagement, a culture of inclusion and whole school improvement.

**General Selection Criteria**:
1. Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice..
- 2. Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs- 3. Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams.- 4. Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents.- 5. Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning.- 6. Knowledge of and commitment to the Department's Aboriginal education policies.**Conditions**:
