An exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join one of the largest property management groups based in Mosman area
**The Company**
Our client is a large Property management group based in Mosman area and is currently seeking for a bright and hands on Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced but ambitious Accounts Payable, to join a large, dynamic & supportive firm on a temporary contract for the next 3 months.
**The Role**
- Processing timely and accurate approved invoices for payments to vendors and employees
- Full function Accounts Payable duties
- Managing AP inbox
- Match stock invoices to purchase orders and investigate and resolve all stock discrepancies
- Reconciling vendor statements Bank reconciliations of trading bank accounts
- High focus on invoicing
- Maintaining accurate accounts payable records
- Assisting with month end closing
- Clarifying any questionable invoice items, responding to invoice/payment queries from other stakeholders
Ad hoc duties
**Your Profile**
- 2 years + full function and invoicing experience in an Accounts Payable role
- You have experience in fast paced environment (ideally FMCG, Retail, Hospitality background)
- Strong Excel skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, good planning, time management and organizational skills
- You have excellent communication skills, you will be dealing with various stakeholders
