Our client is as opulent, global hotel brand with unique properties scattered across the world’s most picturesque locations. Leading the way in luxury, their Sydney property is home to some of our nation’s most premium events. They are looking for a Catering + Event Sales Manager t maintain and grow their event client relationships.

**The role**:

- Proactively seek out new business through phone solicitation, site inspections, networking events, trade shows, e-marketing, and other client engagement methods
- Work hand in hand with event delivery team to ensure seamless client events
- Use your expertise and market intel to ad input the overall sales strategy
- Collaborating with all departments, maximise upselling and cross selling opportunities across various revenue streams including accommodation + F&B.
- Maintain weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and sales reports
- You will possess prior sales experience in a similar hotel or venue sales role
- 2+ yrs
- You are quite possibly a current Sales Executive seeking a step up
- Experience in hotel sales, broader MICE market or Wedding sales in a large organisation is desired
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and high standards of personal presentation
- Driven, motivated and outgoing
- Computer literacy
