**About the role**

We are on the lookout for dedicated
**After Hours Coordinators **to join our After-Hours team. This role is a
**casual **position. Reporting to After Hours Assistant Manager, you will play an integral part to our core business of being the first point of contact for our customers in the case of emergency repairs and maintenance.

Working in the After-Hours team means that you will be required to work shift work. Shifts usually start from 5pm - Midnight, with weekend, public holiday and some overnight shifts required.

**Duties**
- Receiving calls from clients.
- Coordinator emergency repairs and maintenance via registered external contractors.
- Actioning service requests and logging calls, taking notes and ensuring that the Strata Manager is aware of any incidents reported.
- Updating systems as required.

**About you**
- Someone with experience in the Strata industry and holds at a minimum a Certificate of Registration (COR) to be able to service NSW Strata customers.
- Someone with attention to detail and who has the ability to multi-task.
- Someone with good organisational skills.
- Someone who is a team player, but who can also work independently.
- Someone who is technically savvy and can make effective use of multiple technical systems and software. (Outlook, Excel, Word, and document management systems, etc.); and
- Someone who is proactive with a can-do attitude.
