We take pride in servicing, maintaining, refurbishing and upgrading rail products, matched to the needs of the marketplace, with support provided from seven branches located in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.
An exciting opportunity exists for an **Accounts Payable Officer** to join our Finance team at our Granville premises. The responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Officer are to ensure that all supplier invoices for all Knorr-Bremse entities are entered accurately in a timely manner and payments are processed within trading terms.
**The role includes but not limited to**:
- Ensure all Supplier Invoices are entered in a timely manner
- Supplier Statement Reconciliation - Monthly Basis
- Supplier Enquiries / Follow up of any issues with invoices
- Backup with IC when required
- Maintenance of Creditor's Accrual Account
**Skills, Experience and Social Competencies required**:
- TAFE level qualifications preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with broad experience in all aspects of financial accounting including:
- Trade creditors control and;
- General ledger reconciliations.
- Demonstrated SAP experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
