**What this opportunity involves**:
This Junior Solutions Consultant is responsible for supporting multiple technology projects and in providing functional consulting on corporate real estate technology. As a junior solutions consultant the position will assist the project manager with timely project completion, optimum resource utilization and the achievement of client expectations whilst ensuring budgetary compliance.

The ability to build strong relationships with a variety of key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor in support of technology growth across accounts is a paramount part of this position as is the ability to function independently under broad guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the full life cycle implementation of IWMS technology projects to agreed schedule, milestones and deliverables.
Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with other JLL teams, client and external system provider stakeholders.
Assist the project manager in the delivery of project communications and runing of project meetings.
The position will be expected to bring innovation and best practices to the customer to help drive improvement and gain efficiencies whilst advising on IWMS system configuration options.
Responsible for documenting technical specifications, including system integrations.
Support the training of end users on IWMS functionality and processes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

An understanding of Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry best practices, across multiple knowledge areas.
Demonstrated experience in being part of a team in the delivery of large complex projects using a recognised project methodology.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver to strict deadlines and maintain a high level of motivation whilst doing so.
Ability to work on multiple accounts, projects and tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, including statement of work, solution specifications and process and procedure documentation.
