**About our role**:
We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a motivated and agile Marketer to join our Marketing team based at our Mentone head office, as our Private Label Manager.

Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager - Snacks and working closely with the National Sales Manager - Contracts you will take on a key role in driving the development of a robust retail channel customer brands strategy, that ensures governance & alignment across the business.

**What you will do**:
As the Private Label Manager you will play an integral role across the categories, developing and executing business plans and product innovation plans to ensure the delivery of profitable customer brand growth.

You will understand the demands of the grocery retail channel and display a high level of initiative, personal drive and motivation. Proven experience in managing multiple projects in a cross functional environment is a must, as are strong strategic planning and organising skills. You will also have excellent communication and innovation management skills.

Your drive for results will ensure you actively:

- Develop and launch new products & packaging innovation to market leveraging insights where appropriate
- Work with the contacts sales team and customers to develop an innovation pipeline that works in synergy with our branded innovation priorities
- Lead the commercial planning process for Private Label and contract
- Collaborate across all category teams to develop and align strategy
